Cloud Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

The hosted count+ Discord integration (count+#6671) ("Hosted Bot") is offered by Vionity Ltd, a registered company located at 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH2 4AN ("Vionity", "we", "us" or "our"), not the original contributors of count+. This agreement is between you and Vionity, and does not include the original contributors of count+.

2. The data we collect and why

2.1. We collect a very small amount of data if you're a normal user of the Hosted Bot. We currently only collect data that is required for us to provide the Hosted Bot to you. We process data under legitimate interests to provide you with the Hosted Bot.

2.2. As a user of the Hosted Bot in a community: (i) your public Discord account information, such as your username, avatar, account unique ID and discriminator; (ii) your activity relating to the Hosted Bot in the community, such as how often you use or interact with the Hosted Bot; and (iii) any configuration options you set on the Hosted Bot, such as customization options. Keep in mind that any data you provide to the Hosted Bot using Discord slash commands is stored and processed to provide the Hosted Bot to you.

2.3. As an owner of a community that uses the Hosted Bot: (i) all the information explained in paragraph 2.2 of this privacy policy; (ii) any community-level configuration options you set using the Hosted Bot; (iii) unique identifiers that identify your community, such as those provided by Discord, like Discord guild and channel IDs; and (iv) a partial or full list of public information regarding the members in your server, messages sent in channels the Hosted Bot has access to, and any public information regarding your community's Discord guild, temporarily in caches.

2.4. As a paid subscriber or premium user: (i) information required to process payments, reduce fraud and comply with global regulations; (ii) your email address; and (iii) any other information provided by you to be used by us in fulfilling your order.

2.5. We do not sell user data to third parties and data is only ever used internally, without your prior knowledge or consent.

3. Your rights

3.1. You have the following rights under the UK GDPR:

Your right to access. You have the right to ask us for copies of the personal information we store on you. We can provide you with a data snapshot in the form of a ZIP file on request. This request can either be made over Discord or via email.

Your right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to erasure. You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to restrict processing. You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object. You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

3.2. As we use legitimate interests as our lawful basis of processing, we can and may object to certain objection or erasure requests, such as when our or a third party's legitimate interests are more compelling than yours.

3.3. If we refuse to honor your request, we'll provide our reasoning as to why and will provide you with contact details of the Information Commissioner's Office who you may complain to if you wish.

4. Complaint resolution

4.1. If you're worried about how we're using your data or want to complain, please send an email to us at privacy@vionity.co. Please also provide your Discord user ID so we can find it in our systems.

4.2. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (the UK’s independent authority set up to uphold information rights in the public interest, promoting openness by public bodies and data privacy for individuals) if you're unhappy with how we've used your data:
